As part of the on-the-job training we offer at Timbla, I think it is necessary to include a bit of socialization. Many of those we have with us need follow-up outside of working hours in order to make progress in the work they carry out during the day. Turning up at the right time, eating right and going to bed when you should is an important part of being able to function at work. We also see that some do not have any form of activity / social interaction outside of work. Timbla Stegvis has a minimum requirement for socialization/follow-up in order to have a proper offer. This means that you have a minimum of 1 hour of conversation with authorized healthcare personnel during the working week to follow up on your work, but also to have someone you can talk to about other things such as weighs one down. We also want to have a minimum requirement for socializing in the afternoon/evening, here we have seen a minimum requirement of 2 hours per week, but preferably more. Here I will be able to offer activities such as:
Climbing in a grand hall with experienced klatrarar
Fitness center with instructor
Bathing
Turar in forests and fields
Fishing in the mountains or on the fjord
Social evenings with different activities
Cinema
Cooking.
If nokon needs berre to talk/meet others, please visit.
The hourly price for skilled workers is NOK. NOK 600 per hour. The length of the training will vary depending on how many hours you order for participants.
