PROTOTYPING
Production at Timbla
In our workshop in Kaupanger, and soon Bergen, we have the equipment and staff to develop prototypes from recycled wood.
Prototyping will, by agreement with Timbla, be carried out in our workshop. Timbla will also assist in testing the products in the market before starting production on a larger scale.
As part of the agreement, you will have a production line set up. The cost to your company will be based on the sales volume of the product.
Wall panels
After mapping the coat, Timbla will create a prototype based on drawings from the designer. Your company can be involved in the whole process.
The process will consist of, among other things:
drawing and target setting
choosing the right type of wood and dimension from the cut
find how to assemble the wall panel
finding solutions on suspension
create a production plan.
